Affordable Senior Housing

Senior Housing for 62 and older, we also offer disabled housing as well. The HUD Section 8/202 rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent; often rent is low as $25 a month. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have. We are restricted to seniors (over the age of 62) and people with a mobility impairment.

Conveniently located in Williamsville, NY between a large grocery store and medical offices, with many other conveniences within walking distance! We have recently remodeled 1 and 2 bedroom units with full-sized appliances and extensive well-appointed community spaces. Here at Jewish Federation, we offer many activities and have a full-time service coordinator. Apartments boast fully equipped kitchens and updated bathrooms. Each building has its own laundry facilities. We are pet friendly (with some restrictions.)
