Senior Housing for 62 and older, we also offer disabled housing as well. Here at Jewish Federation Apartments we are an income based community. The HUD Section 8/202 rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have. We are restricted to seniors (over the age of 62) and people with a mobility impairment.

Conveniently located in Williamsville, NY between a large grocery store and medical offices, with many other conveniences within walking distance! We have recently remodeled 1 and 2 bedroom units with full-sized appliances and extensive well-appointed community spaces. Here at Jewish Federation, we offer many activities and have a full-time service coordinator. Apartments boast fully equipped kitchens and updated bathrooms. Each building has its own laundry facilities. We are pet friendly (with some restrictions.)
